While I won’t defend AI artists I do have a theory that a lot of people who use it may just have aphantasia which would in fact make being creative and seeing a image in your head harder. It’s not impossible to become an artist if you have aphantasia but that could be why this guy seems to think art is a skill people are born with. Jamievsthevoid is a very good example of someone who has learned to work around aphantasia if anyone else is struggling with this condition and has started thinking AI art might be their only option.
