I personally think that AI should be used as a tool part of the process instead of replacing the entire thing. It's like a game engine, games use them as launching off points for stuff like the games physics instead of starting from ground 0. AI shouldn't make more van gogh paintings, but maybe try to find the colors he uses or his techniques, idk
