I just see a lot of people not understanding how ChatGPT fundamentally works in these comments.
You literally can opt out of using your data as training in the settings. It’s a toggle. I did this day 1 of its rollout.
Maybe instead of telling people not to use their potentially only outlet for therapy, you just tell them the easy 10-second method of allowing them to do it privately.
As many others have expressed, there was a time in my life where it was either ChatGPT, or death. Do not rob that option from people.
