SAS (statistical package cary NC) is no longer needed. you can prompt code your needs in 1 second what would have taken a small team of their enginners dys weeks ?? and you can innovate new models at will. yes for large scale programs ai might not be there yet i don't have experience with that. but as a typical lone wolf phd researcher ai is the most dramatic increase in productivity i have ever witnessed.
