As someone who works in AI development and safety, your key to success is currently overshadowed by your avid aversion to it. Learn and adapt; use AI to bolster your currently existing skills, or else you will be left in the wind, my friend. You have to humbly accept that your current skills are sub-par to the demands of the employment market (at least in freelance writing professions), and if you don't come to grips with that soon, you'll limit your options.
