I recall reading David Graeber's Bullshit Jobs years back... more relevant than ever. Smart CEO's of medium to large companies will need to start cleaning out the BS as upcoming AI driven businesses with small teams will steal market share within a few years. The problem is so many people hold BS jobs but unaware of it. Where do these people go? They can't all get a job at Tesco or become uber drivers. Some might attempt to enter the trades/change careers but it takes time and money. Same for starting a business which is difficult if your 60k a year job goes with nowhere to go yet still have a big mortgage / rent, school fees, car loans etc. Its not gonna be pretty and governments: especially the incompetent UK parliament of jokers are completely unprepared.
