"Then they don't need to spend hours of their life practicing and can do other things" is nonsensical. Drawing is a way for artists to express themselves, it's what they like, it's what they love. It's something they enjoy at the time of drawing and it's something others enjoy at the time of looking at the drawing.
How about instead of artists doing something else, these basement dwellers that call themselves "AI artists" can go and learn something ACTUALLY enjoyable rather than stealing other people's art?
