Americans deserve a fair shot at highly skilled labour for which they are minaully qualified for.
BULL SHIT they are, its not my job as an employer to get them to the standard, I'm hiring at a fixed standard, i pay for ongoing training etc. If you apply to my place and your minimally qualified your going to be rejected, my downtime is measured in tens of thousands of pounds per minuete. And a Tier 4 Datacentre thats PCI Compliant, is HIGHLY HIGHLY Skilled worked.
So i dont agree with you dude, also i dont agree AI is inherently bad at this, BUT it shouldnt be making decisions, it should offer grading scores and summary's, the minuet AI auto rejects a candidate without human review, its at that point this has gone wrong. Applicants apply to a company, not to an AI who then recomends them to the company. AI Is a data tool first and formost. So i think overall your mostly right, but dead wrong about letting minamully skilled people into highly skilled rolls. If they wanted a highly skilled job, Collage University and continuous ongoing training and education since then, is the BAR. If you leave school with just GCSEs and do no further training, im not the problem, your lasy ass is
