imo AI development doesn’t really matter, except for using it to control the masses by the elites thru digital ID. There will be a social score like China is using already and you will only get your universal income or goods< etc from the government if you ‘abide’ by their rules, which affects your social score. You go against the government and you won’t get a darn thing! And who will keep track of us…AI!!!
