When companies just see people as numbers on a spreadsheet instead of humans, then it’s obvious the ultimate goal of any company is the removal of all employees while continuing to maximizing profits, sure you can use AI as a scapegoat here but the end goal for all companies is the automation of all jobs in the companies because who wants to hire someone to work 8 hours a day when you can have robots work 24/7
