Yes. Yes, it is. You didn't make it clear enough so I think it's okay to point it out. Current AI models spectacularly fail to respect at least 3 out of the 4 fair use clauses.
At this point, being wishy-washy will help none but the corpos voraciously trying to turn their plunder into a profit and push fellow artists out of their field, using their own work. It is the greatest art theft of all time and the people behind this deserve no benefit of the doubt whatsoever.
Adequate exploration of AI and its surrounding issues otherwise. It explained the inner workings of the tech quite well! It's important for everyone to understand that.
