What a joke
This looks to me like government talking heads wanting to find more ways to control and manipulate people globally. When creating a pandemic, starting wars and creating division amongst people is not enough. They talk about regulating A.I yet pour millions of dollars to DARPA and the military industrial complex while homelessness, lack of education, access to proper healthcare and hunger continues to be a global issue, in larger quantities in the U.S and U.K. 🤮 This is no different then allowing corporations to pollute the waters, spray crops with chemicals and have regulatory panels paid by the same companies to regulate. No different then allowing so called "greener energy" do carbon extracting so they burn ans pollute more pollutants so they can say they are doing something and cash in on human suffering.
