If the AI caused the accident you have to openly investigate it not play the 'it prevented x number of other accidents'. The system cause that accident so it is responsible for it. If the AI was not on that car the driver in some of these cases would be alive. The company is responsible. Your insurance company does not care about all the other accidents when you have a crash it looks at you and others involved. Those on here saying it is a hit job don't get this and for some reason see an investigation as a threat. Do we not investigate a fault with a brand of car because all the other parts of a car work perfectly and have saved numerous lives?
