Besides all the unethical stuff, I don't like using AI because it's not very useful. You know what my friends and I use it for? Making shitty dnd character/monster tokens for virtual tabletop. And most the time there's far better options with free artwork on the net. It's sad, but the one thing AI is really good at is giving people with little care for how art looks a barely workeable alternative. I'm a 3D artist, and if you asked me to count the amount of times I've used AI to generate any of part of my work, you'd be left with me flipping you the bird, because one single time did my boss ask me to generate a character concept art.
