We just need a law that says you can't use ai to replace a human job or use them to do jobs normally done by humans. Individuals should be able to use AI unregulated and even to do their jobs. That will both protect the people AND encourage AI companies to develop them to do things better.
Imagine an AI on your device capable of monitoring your work for like a year... then they do your job like you but better.
