Weird take - ai datascraping isnt stealing, and ai art _is_ art. I suppose pattern recognition would be the machine version of finding an artstyle from other artists. What i have an issue with, is that ai "artists" claim it to be their, original, ""art"" and be complete dicks to everyone else about it. Giving an AI a prompt is equivalent to requesting an artist for a commision, and the issue arises when, well, if you didnt draw it, is it yours? No. And then there's the whole "automating and machinizing one of the few distinguishingly "human" things". Artists take pride in their creations, because it took effort. Ai, takes virtually no effort to use. Also the whole "ai isnt unique thing" yeaaaah, it does look like repetetive shit.
