Not regarding US, but the whole world, it is interesting how this subject is rarely mentioned by politicians, specially older ones that have barely no idea about newer technologies.
While Bernie, with 84 years old, knows pretty clear how AI can be destructive and that we should act ASAP or it will be too late.
Also I really dislike how often people say that AI will replace many jobs while creating many others. I don't think it will at all. As any other technology, it will replace many jobs, but this time it will replace so fast that we won't be able to react.
