I’m working on creating the code for an open source locally run app that uses AI voice cloning and AI lip-sync technology for videos and movies in other languages that uses neural networks to automatically generate realistic lip movements that match a new audio track, which is particularly useful for dubbing films into different languages. By analyzing audio to identify phonetic elements and combining them with video analysis of facial structure, the technology can alter the original video to make the actor’s mouth appear to be speaking the dubbed language, making the final product more authentic and immersive.
