I really only use it for idea visualization, sometimes the mistakes can be cool and I end up reimagining them and adding them to the finished design (example: I had a cool demon character with dark hair and the ai made a patch off the hair into a white mask thing with yellow jewels so I turned it back into hair but it’s white and has yellow spots and beads in it) that’s kinda the only good thing that comes from ai “art”
