Just an idea: imo there's a lot of shadow usage of the technology - employees using it for work, without reporting it. This would create efficiency gains that are either lost on overworked staff that finally manages to get more work/life balance, or in lazier workforce. Or also in growth in companies that is not reported under AI.
Second thought: I don't think you need that much training, you just need to understand what to make AI do compared to what you do. Why on earth let GPT do the core of one's job - main output- and then leave your staff do che checks on what GPT is doing???? That is so boring! You want your employees do the monkey work? You'll end up with monkeys.
Maybe it's the opposite: let GPT check your employees ' job (QC, additional research , etc). Then, integrate the two, somehow. My 2cents, anyway
