But more seriously, this is a rationalization you're making *after* learning it was written by AI. You admitted minutes prior that you felt all kinds of emotions reading it initially, because you assumed a human had intent in crafting it. But notice the order of events here.
First, you observe some words on a screen. Then, you interpret it and instinctually feel some type of way based on the interpretation. Then, your rational mind kicks in and analyzes it more carefully, curating whether you are allowed to feel the way you just did, based on whether your rational mind recognizes it as made by a human, or not. That's the end of the sequence. Nowhere in this subjective sequence of events is the objective fact of whether the AI created what you observed, relevant. For the purpose of art, it would seem, it doesn't truly matter. Wish this was addressed.
