I'll admit I've used Chat for medical advice. I once asked it what might be causing my friend's myriad of health issues (highly unusual for a 20-something), some of which seemed unrelated to each other. It helped give me some ideas of what might be causing, or worsening the health issues she had, and gave me some ideas of possible underlying conditions. For one problem, it suggested she might have polycystic ovary syndrome and should get tested for it. I asked her if she'd been tested for it and she said she had an aunt that had it.
I know that AI is not a substitute for seeing a doctor and its recommendations should be taken with a grain of salt. And I know that the info it spits out can sometimes be incorrect. I mainly used Chat that time to get some ideas of what her underlying conditions might be and about possible tests to have done.
