Does this opinion take into account the nature of and impact of fine tuning which can skew the distribution towards a specific quality or type of data?
Does it also take into account things like "Let's Resolve step by step" where you can leave an LLM generating tons of responses and lets you automatically just grab the best approach of the bunch?
