Unfortunately if you haven't figure out how to architect complex repos with AI then it is a skill issue. CONTEXT ENGINEERING. Key word is context, you can't just say "create this" and expect it to be correct. In the same sense you don't go to a barber and say "cut my hair" and expect them to do what you want.
