I used the "talking to myself" extensively for a few years. From my perspective it was a reaction to serotonine production and avoiding "Jaw lock" paralysis. I've established that unless its an absolutely compulsive motivation I will try to stop using this method someday. Im into the clear establishement that Im done with the "loudest" aspect of talking to myself. I've never used AI assistance simultanuously and the few request I did to AI system lately was using the keyboard. Talking seems too exhausting in my case...🧐...
