Almost one year after this interview, and What happened ? what is the impact on employment, I saw a research saying that 7% of layoff are due to AI. ok but this is not the tsunami scheduled. it looks like the Amara's Law those prediction, we have been saying "next year it is over" since the Chatgpt launched.
For example developpers, when you discussed with developpers they have jobs, many of them lost their job, but they found another jobs, and they still work, but with AI, or fixing AI job.
I thought AI will kill all IT jobs fast especially for startup and small business, but in fact, it does not seem so huge yet.
