Neil is detached from reality. Just build new industries when you lose your job! You couldn't replace that horse driver with someone living in south India, they have to physically be somewhere, but you can soon replace entire white collar industries with someone from the cheapest place on earth using AI. It's a completely and totally different problem, and Neil washes it away with historical and unrelated anecdotes.
