the reason drawn art exists, be it anime or cartoon or other, is that the artist wants to focus the viewers attention to a few select details. The viewer isn't supposed to be overstimulated by saturated colors and details that don't matter. Thats why people draw cartoons in the first place. To convey something by only drawing the things that are relevant.
AI people believe adding details and making every picture near photo realistic makes it better, when it just makes the drawing irrelevant. Why even draw at all and not just make a movie or photo with real people then?
Honestly some Ai images do look good to me. But thats it. They are eye candy. Mostly for c**mers. They are mostly irrelevant.
