There were no solutions presented here. The implied fantasy of keeping AI from being general is beyond foolish as a strategy. Lets say your country agrees to that. China though, looking for global economic dominance, goes all in on general intelligence. By latching onto non general AI you're basically committing economic sepuku here, letting another country attain general intelligence that will lead to complete economic dominance.
