I struggle with the argument that AI can do better. It starts by mimicking someone and then mimics the mimic. Anyone who runs copies of copies realizes eventually the quality of the copy is much much worse than the original. You get this in AI hallucinations and response to prompts. You can ask the same thing and get wildly different answers for different AIs. They are not producing truth but rather a copy of a copy of something they were trained with. I think many confuse the lack of emotion in the AI response as confidence and then interpret that confidence as intelligence. In reality you are just getting a copy of a copy delivered without emotion. The further it gets from the original information to farther from reality it is and AI lacks the emotional understanding to realize how little it actually understands.
