Customers who insist that a company I work for has some secret thing, that's stopping them from doing what they want to do. It reminds me of my first retail job, where A customer would come up and ask if something that was out of stock was in "The back". It wasn't.. because it did us no good to not restock things (Small store, our back area was small too). But Customers would still insist we look in the back. So we'd just go back there and goof around for a few minutes. Call me what you will, but My guess is more Identity theft, and this kid knows he would get a ton of press for this. Thief went to one apple store with a fake ID, and from there, an investigation was opened where they compared the survelaince footage with the other thefts, and saw the same person. Including when he used the fake ID with no picture.
