This database is terrible and shouldn't exist.
But I have to temper the Cambridge Analytica stuff a bit. Their actual succes was regular zone flooding propaganda.
The psychological profile for manipulation was developed by a conman who couldn't actually deliver such a thing. When he no longer worked there he came out with that story inflating his so called manipulation algorithm.
