For living forever you forget that it's easy to say for someone who has had a privileged life without much trauma. Imagine all the PTSD and trauma you live with now and add a thousand to that. I'm a therapist. I have worked with people for years and years. Sometimes even a whole lifetime is not enough for them to get over the traumas that they have experienced and seen. Not trying to be a downer but we are not meant to live longer than our given times. We are meant to start again in a new Avatar body. Forget everything and have another chance at it. Another chance to see everything through new eyes through New perspective through new genome. That is what makes life so special. This guy of course is very intelligent but he is very jaded as well. I think he spent too much time on AI possibilities and went down the rabbit hole into a really dark place. When all you have is a hammer, everything is a nail.
