AI is junk. Too many times I've called some large corporation and gotten the AI bot run around just trying to get some non standard question answered. By the time you finally get to live help you're pissed. I always tell the customer service rep that I'm not mad at them, but it shouldn't be so hard to get a hold of live help. Nobody likes calling and having to navigatie the bot maze. In the future I will be taking my business elsewhere.
