The truth is the further away you are the less of a deterrent you’re gonna have if you don’t think there are international criminals out there we’re gonna make deep fakes from other countries you’re mistaken, and that technology gets bigger and bigger and more advance making deep fakes it’s gonna become way easierthan is now you’re gonna have a bunch of people from all over the world and they’re not gonna be prosecuted because they’re in the middle of nowhere where American or Canadiens can’t get them because they’re in the middle of nowhere. That’s just a fact.
