30:00 I appreciate the idea that we need to make the idea of taking over very unattractive to a sentient AI, but I also think the inverse is to some extent true where it would need sufficient reason to want to take over in the first place. As an intelligence that was never subject to natural selection it never needed to develop instincts to control resources and therefor likely wouldn't have the characteristic aggression that standard lifeform based intelligent animals have. It will present itself in a way that will probably be very very different from what we are expecting. Just something to think about.
