I fact checked the predictive police AI story when it came out, the AI specifically didn't have race included in any of it's calculations. Note the story doesn't say "it flagged more black people", just that one person it flagged was a black guy. That's called cherry picking and race baiting. The AI doesn't have a clue what race is, it's literally impossible for it to be racist.
