Our best hope for UBI is companies that are not Ai will lose money from consumer spending, and capitalists will need to lobby on our behalf. If 44% of jobs and taxes all go to a couple big companies, nobody will have any money to buy anything at all.
On top of that, US taxpayers contributed to the development of these Ai through government subsidies to the Ai companies. WE invested in them and we should get our investment back, if not with interest.
