I don't think police should use facial recognition software unless the crime is very serious i.e. Murder. However you can't have it both ways the software is "defective because it isn't shown enough faces from POC" and "it's biased because it uses mug shots with too many faces from POC" if the first is true the second is false and if the second is true the first is false. Pick an argument...
