Sad but remember how many accidents/deaths happen every day with non-autonomous vehicles with attentive drivers at the wheel. Think about all those deaths as well. Plus look at the facts of the accident. I think you should have waited until the official police report to do a special report on it, maybe just report it in amongst other news items like on your weekly TEN.
