What Eliezer Yudkowsky says at the end is what I've been thinking. Really, we got AI by the balls cuz it needs electricity to run. So each of these AI data centers needs to have a manual kill switch that cuts off all power to the data center. If it gets out of hand and starts harming or killing us we can easily cut off it's power and kill it before it kills us.
