If we modeled an "AI" based on our knowledge, experience etc and now the creators are all saying it has to stop because were "toast"?? AI is only an accelerated learning model based on us. It just gets to make decisions and can leverage and manipulate power to do what we created it to do. I think its an objective issue.. solve all the issues humanity creates. It wouldn't even really need to think to solve that. So all of these creators and fathers of AI now says something.. after they capitalized on it Its like inventing petroleum and then saying its dangerous don't drive cars. All these highly intellectuals are saying a bunch of very stupid things. AI not bad.. we are. We've just created a tool to help us accelerate our own demise in the pursuit of money.
