This is how we should regulate AI, for example. Autonomous trucks are going to take over truck, thats will destroy our country. To prevent our country from being destroyed we should start by only issuing the autonomous trucks to the truckers and then selling the freight to people that want to ship things. this allows workers to benefit from ai. what would be really bad is if we allow corporations to buy millions of these and fire all of their truck drivers.
