only criticism i have is that i feel like you missed a potential even more bombshell shutdown of the "it learns like us", which is that it explicitly doesn't.
machines used by humans dont have a right to be middleman scammers in copyright infringement and that's been proven in courts since the industrial revolution, and the most recent being piracy.
there is no argument where a computer using electricity to store information with machine learning is somehow different from the same argument 2 decades ago when pirates kept making junk up about "nothing is stolen", "the computer and our brains both use electricity" whatever.
yeah, piracy is rampant, and in some cases can be ignored or worked around, but the same stupid propaganda cope is being used today when it all comes down to people fully engaged in mental gymnastics to get free stuff at someone else's expense, at a much higher cost with AI.
