What's not science is the unbased claim that 'it's not true, it's pulling from biased datasets" . First define bias in relation to datasets, and differentiate it from patterns in datasets. Then prove, if your theory is that INPUT bias exists, where and how it got there.
Just because an AI reads a dataset and forecasts based on the fact that one population group disproportionately commits more crime doesn't mean it's biased, quite the opposite.
