06:10 In the specific case of google serving AI summaries that their model generates that does seem like it is a case of the input competing with the output. But when it's not google but someone else doing the prompting the output from google is the model weights / a service that lets you use them for inference, not the summary that is google output. This is how they usually frame that dodge because there is this extra step involved where a third party uses the model - that they content is transformative - to make something that competes with the training input.
I suppose a dis-favorable analogy might be we zipped all the infringing files that we are distributing, it's the users who downloaded and unzipped them that might be infringing on your works - but with a little randomization & remixing thrown into the compression/decompression steps.
