The most significant point about them is completely missed. People die. Musk, Putin, Kim Jong Un, Trump... These people will have their day, and any mess they make can be cleaned up.
A.I.s are immortal. Imagine you were immortal. Imagine you were born 3,000 years ago. How wealthy do you think you would be today?
It is bad enough we have corporations, which should never have happened. They are also immortal "persons", but are fortunately run by mortal ones. With immortal persons (A.I.s) running them, whatever you've seen so far of corporate behaviour will just be a taste of what's to come.
