I would only offer that the verse in Romans you references a couple times in regard to people going to Hell who have never heard the Gospel: their own law (what I thought I understood you to be saying) isn't on their hearts. If it is, then anyone's own law is fine with a flexible, rather than just God. God has HIS law written on our hearts; in other words we have morality and we have human conscience-from where-who was the "giver" of right and wrong? That inner, innate moral compass will lead people to search for "wince it came" which ushers in The Holy Spirit, another way people who have never heard the Gospel can come to know Him. It came from an intelligent source outside of things, which again will lead people to seek their Creator.
