Biggest thing against AI "Art" it can't make anything new or anything inventive. All AI can do is re-arrange previously made content its eaten then regurgitate it. AI simply isn't "intelligent" it can't creatively solve problems, in the case of art it can't consistently make images without glaring errors or mistakes in detail work. Why? because the AI doesn't understand what its making there is no thought behind the "art". In writing you will see glaring errors with any story that has to stretch longer than a few paragraphs to a few chapters, use of literary tools like chekovs gun, red herrings, twists, ect. either simply won't be able to be used or will be mismanaged in the "work" causing the story to make 0 sense, have no interesting plot points, and make characters that have no humanity or reason for why they do the things they do, they just become 1 dimensional boring cutouts of tropes.
