Disabled artist here. I'm pretty sure most of the AI bros who insist that it will become an accessibility tool think say, anyone on the Spectrum for a random example here, would find useful clearly have never used an actual accessibility tool before. They're usually used to make up for a gap in interaction in an interface. Accessibility is speech-to-text for people with extreme carpal tunnel, or text-to-speech for the visually impaired. AI is just pulling at a slot machine for something that was otherwise designed to be a glorified autocorrection tool. If anything, you'd *need* accessibility tools to use AI models in the first place ... for alleged accessibility to art. 20:31 - by the way, skewmorphism is this other thing that AI bros clearly never heard of. As a concept. It probably won't compute because you can't just change weights for it in a model based on Bayesian probability or w/e. If it doesn't feel like the thing you're doing, it's gonna be weird at best, and dead on arrival as a use case to sell others at worst.
